Policy for Intensive Programs

This policy applies to all Intensives:

    • ACE Foundations 1: Mastering Your Life
    • ACE Foundations 2: Being Coach
    • How to Lead a Successful Group
    • Your Life’s Work & Purpose
    • Others as created

Refunds: 
Course tuition is refundable as follows:

      • $200 of your tuition is a non-refundable deposit. 
      • 31 or more days prior to the start of the course: 100% refund (less the $200 deposit).
      • 15-30 days: 50% refund (less the $200 deposit).
      • 14 or fewer days: No refund available.

Any course canceled by the Academy will be fully refunded, or, at your request, the fee may be applied to a future course for up to one year following the end date of the cancelled course. An extension of up to one additional year may be granted upon written request if it is submitted within that initial one-year period, otherwise the funds will be forfeited.

 

Exceptions may be made for an emergency or illness at the Academy’s discretion.

 

Transfers: 

You may transfer your full or partial payment to a future course, if the request is submitted prior to the start date of the course in which you are currently enrolled. If you need to transfer more than one time, it is $200 per transfer.

Funds may be applied to a future course for up to one year following the end date of the originally enrolled course.  An extension of up to one additional year may be granted upon written request if it is submitted within that initial one-year period, otherwise the funds will be forfeited.

Policy for Professional CTP Certification Package

Including Professional Coach Training Program (CTP) and the Licensed Academy Trainer Program (LAT)

    • Your application fee is non-refundable, unless ACE does not accept you into the Certification Program, in which case you will receive a full refund of the fee.
    • You may receive a full refund for the Certification Program, minus your non-refundable $200 application fee, if you withdraw before attending any courses included in your program.
    • If you withdraw after your program has begun, you are required to pay any remaining tuition for the portion of the program you have participated in.
    • Any payments made beyond the tuition owed for the completed portion of the program will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
    • Notwithstanding the above, if you withdraw from CTP after completing all academic components of the program, but before completing your client hours and 6 Observed Coaching Evaluations, you are still required to complete payment of your full tuition.
    • Once all payments are complete and you have completed your course work and coaching hours, you are eligible for graduation.


Policies for On-Demand Digital Products

Any on-demand digital products are non-refundable.
