About the program
Through the ACE Licensed Academy Trainer Program, you will learn to:
Design your seminars and training programs
- Assess the needs of your audience & design programs that serve those needs.
- Tailor ACE content to the culture and context of your audience & develop interactive exercises that facilitate skill-building.
- Design programs that effectively present ACE material—with or without coaching included.
- Create a learning environment that supports participants to be creative, involved, and curious.
Deliver your seminars and training programs
- Masterfully deliver ACE material so that people can have an opportunity for a breakthrough in their lives, rather than just receiving interesting concepts.
- Learn to use whatever comes up in a training (questions, upset, breakdowns, etc.) to further enroll the audience into the purpose of the content & demonstrate the value of the content in a way that is relevant to the audience.
- Develop skills and experience to lead your programs in a way that meets the needs of your group while delivering on your promises in the time allotted.
- Deliver ACE content precisely, within its ontological context & consistently bring an ontological coaching presence to your program leadership.

- Develop and present proposals that accurately represent the value of your professional skills, and effectively enroll your ideal clients.
- Market your programs to the organizations and communities you wish to serve.

Virtual immersions (required)
- How to Lead a Successful Group course* (4 days, Dec. 11-14, 2025 – 8am-4pm Pacific | 11am-7pm Eastern each day) *tuition included in program cost. Required, even if you have taken it before.
- Program Orientation (One hour, Dec. 17, 2025 – 9-10am Pacific | 12-1pm Eastern)
- Licensed Academy Trainer Program Foundational Intensive (4 days, Jan. 15-18, 2026 – 9am-3pm Pacific | 12pm-6pm Eastern each day)
- Licensed Academy Trainer Skill Building Intensive (4 days, Oct. 15-18, 2026 – 9am-4pm Pacific | 12pm-7pm Eastern each day)
Ongoing virtual training
12 monthly 2-hour training webinars in which you will practice and develop your ability to masterfully deliver ACE material.

Program eligibility
You may join the ACE Licensed Academy Trainer Program as an Academy Professional Coach Training Program student or graduate. If you are a current student, you must have:
- Completed Observed Coaching #3, or will have by the time the program starts.
- Intend to use this skill set professionally.
Your investment
- $6,300 Single Payment before September 30, 2025
