Prior to her coaching work, Penny was a classroom teacher, the central office administrator for program design, development, and implementation, as well as Associate Superintendent for Educational Services. Janet MacDonald is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Janet has been helping people improve their lives for over 25 years, having a wide experience of working with individuals and groups previously in the field of complementary medicine as therapist, teacher, and assessor, and in the cancer field as part of a multidisciplinary team. For the last 12 years she has been working as a coach both with individuals and groups. Her clients include entrepreneurs, financial advisors, film makers, web designers, lawyers, coaches, educationalists, sales people, local authority personnel, and public sector charities, among others.
