I am a former litigating attorney, mediator, and coach who works with lawyers and individuals navigating conflict, transition, and difficult decisions.
For more than a decade, I practiced law in the traditional adversarial system, representing clients in employment and civil litigation. Over time, I began to see how deeply conflict affects people’s lives — and how often the legal system fails to address the deeper human side of what people are experiencing. That realization led me toward mediation, integrative law, and ultimately coaching.
Today, I combine my background as a lawyer and mediator with the ACE ontological coaching model to support people in moving through uncertainty with greater clarity, integrity, and intention. My work is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I help clients slow down, reconnect with what matters most to them, and take deliberate action aligned with who they want to be.
I have completed multiple mediation trainings and am currently enrolled in the ACE Coach Training Program (OC1). I am based in Durango, Colorado, where I live with my wife, two sons, and an ever-growing appreciation for a more conscious way of living and working.
