I’ve been a leadership coach for since 2004 and a professional coaching mentor since 2013.

My mission is to help grow the world into a more unconditionally loving place—one conversation at a time. I live for a good transformation story (think: Beauty and the Beast). It is my life’s work to support people in learning how to truly shine.

I’m a self-described “recovering perfectionist,” and being named “Flame” has taught me to lighten up—yes, that is my real name. When you work with me, you can expect that we will:

In 2018, I received the first-ever Young Coach Leader Award from the International Coaching Federation. My work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and Fast Company, among other publications. Alongside my “Spark Sister,” Jeanne, I co-host The Spark Sisters podcast, where we explore what it means to cultivate deep personal authenticity.

My offerings include one-to-one coaching, mentor coaching groups, individual mentor coaching, coaching supervision, custom workshops, and group facilitation.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me sketching designs for a tiny house, growing flowers, and cooking with my family.
