I believe people who take responsibility in purpose driven ventures burn out or quit because they are isolated, overwhelmed by complexity, caught up in self limiting stories and lack support. That’s why my work creates a compassionate space for exploring their deepest motivations, getting to know the signals of their body, mind and emotions and developing the skill of consistently accessing their innate voice of wisdom, which allows them to take responsibility, make their contribution, ask for support and create a supportive context for others with clarity, joy and ease.
My name is Jonas – over the past ten years I've worked in start-ups, coops, and NGOs, have started community spaces and been involved with climate activism. There's been many occasions upon which I've seen people come together to make a difference for something they truly care about. It's beautiful when it works. At the same time I’ve often experienced how challenging it can be to navigate those spaces sustainably, with clarity and ease. We all carry some burdens that sometimes mean we get caught up in self-limiting stories, hit stopping points that seem insurmountable or find ourselves in conflicts that seem unresolvable.
I know how hard it can be to feel torn between an innate drive to contribute and the reality of not always knowing how.
And I’ve had the luck of meeting great mentors and teachers over the years and receiving lots of support in different ways. The main lesson I keep learning again and again is: no one makes it on their own. So I’m here to be your support when the going gets hard.

I support change-makers who are exercising leadership in purpose-driven ventures and struggle with the complexity of their calling – so they can take responsibility with more ease.
