Hi! I'm Jonathan Brum, and I've been coaching clients since 2020. I spent my early 20s searching for purpose (including a lot of spiritual study), but what I needed wasn't more "outside answers," even though I thought I did at the time.
What I actually needed was to hear my own wisdom.
To have the support to navigate my internal challenges allowed me to move from a place of questioning myself (lack of confidence) to seeing growth in my life, as in a hero's journey path. That's what the principles of this work gave me, and that's what led me here.
Today, I support clients as a coach, and I'm also a board member of my family business. This helped me better understand two perspectives:
1) The challenges of implementing purpose-driven decisions for established companies looking to scale and perpetuate their legacy
2) What principles to learn for myself as I grow my coaching business as a solopreneur, focused on building a life aligned with my values and who I truly am.
