Robin brings a wealth of expertise in the leadership and organizational development fields and is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, representing 15 years and over 2500 hours of leadership and executive coaching experience. In addition, she has held executive level leadership roles, helped found a leadership institute and coaching program for a regional health care system, and serves on the ICF regional board.
Along with her expertise in leadership, Robin is an ICF mentor coach and also specializes in personal development coaching – supporting people in personal, spiritual, and career transitions. Robin's diverse background in healthcare, education, and ministry, combined with her coaching expertise across various industries, enables her to tailor her approach to meet each client's unique needs. Additionally, Robin is certified in Hogan, Clifton Strengths, Enneagram, Human Centered Design, Situational Leadership, and is rooted in positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness.
