For a long time, I lived a life that made sense.
I studied mathematics and spent over a decade working in big tech — as a product manager, operator, and project lead. It was stable, practical, and successful by most standards.
But inside, something felt off.
I was moving forward, but not necessarily closer to myself.
When I moved from China to the U.S., I was given something I didn’t have before:
Space.
Space to slow down.
Space to question.
Space to ask what I truly wanted — beyond expectations, beyond what looked right.
That period wasn’t easy.
There was confusion, resistance, and a lot of internal pressure.
But it was also where I began to see something I had never really noticed before:
👉 the patterns behind how I make decisions
👉 the need for control underneath my “responsibility”
👉 the quiet disconnection beneath a “well-managed life”
That was the beginning of everything.
Coaching didn’t come to me as a strategy.
It came as something that felt deeply right —
a way of working that allowed people not just to think better, but to see more clearly, feel more authentic, and move forward in a way that is truly their own.
Today, I bring both parts of my experience into my work:
– the clarity and structure from my years in tech
– the depth and awareness from coaching
I now support people who feel stuck between:
👉 “I want change”
👉 and
👉 “I don’t know how to move”
In our work, we don’t rush to fix or optimize.
We slow down enough to see:
– what patterns are running beneath your actions
– what fears or expectations are shaping your choices
– and what is actually true for you
From there, we take small, authentic steps forward —
not toward a “perfect life,” but toward a life that feels more real, more grounded, and more your own.

I love working with individuals who feel burnt out by the busyness of life, disconnected from what once lit them up, and exhausted from chasing expectations that don’t truly feel like their own. They long to rediscover joy, creativity, and the freedom to live fully on their own terms.
